Valor Real Talamanca
Valor Real Talamanca is a delightful first floor two bedroom, two bathroom apartment just set back from the marina. It’s just a short walk to both the marina and the nearby Talamanca beach.
The open plan lounge and kitchen has windows on both sides of the space making it wonderfully light and airy. As well as plenty of comfortable seating it also has its own pinball machine. The dining table seats six.
Sunbathe on the spacious terrace or relax on the hammock. There’s also a small table and chairs if you’d like to eat outside.
Both of the bedrooms have large double beds. Of the two bathrooms one has a shower whilst the other has bath with shower. The kitchen is fully loaded with plenty of tableware, glassware and cutlery.
The Valor Real complex has its own pool and a fully equipped gym reserved for use by residents.
Rental rates on application. A minimum stay of one month applies.
To reserve your dates please message us using the form below. If available they will be reserved for 24 hours from confirmation of availability. This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
