Bossa Beach penthouse
This fantastic three bedroom penthouse apartment is in the Bossa Beach complex in Playa d’en Bossa near Ibiza town. Being directly on the beach it has lovely views of the sea, including the nearby island of Formantera.
The spacious apartment level terrace looks down on to a wonderful, mature Mediterranean garden and infinity swimming pool that looks fabulous when illuminated at night. The terrace has dining for up to six people and is accessed through sliding glass doors from the lounge.
Private, underground parking may be available. It’s also worth noting that the best gym in Ibiza is just below.
The penthouse roof terrace is accessed by stairs from the lounge below. Here you can sunbathe throughout the day in perfect privacy.
The large lounge and dining space is expensively decorated with limited edition art. There’s a huge comfortable ‘L shaped’ sofa and indoor dining for six. The Smart LG HD TV has Netflix.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage and views of the sea. The remaining two bedrooms also have large double beds, ample storage and sea views.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven with hob and extractor, fridge freezer and dishwasher. It also has plenty of the necessary tableware, cutlery, glasses and utensils.
In the adjacent utility space there’s a washing machine and new boiler.
The master en-suite has both a walk in shower and a bath with shower as well as ‘his and her’ wash basins. The second bathroom has been completely refitted with a ‘walk in’ shower.
The rental rates are from €160 to €500 per day. A minimum stay of one month applies.

This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
