Royal Beach penthouse
Royal Beach penthouse is an incredible three bedroom apartment is in the Ibiza Royal Beach apartment complex in Playa d’en Bossa near Ibiza town. It has a roof terrace with jacuzzi, comfortable seating, oriental garden and outdoor dining for six people. This space gets all day sun and is perfect for sunbathing. There’s also an additional apartment level terrace (accessed from the lounge and master bedroom) that has a seating area with wonderful views of the sea and pool below.
The spacious lounge is stylishly decorated with some amazing art and furniture. It also has comfortable seating and dining for six. The apartment has strong WiFi and there’s an HD Smart TV attached to the wall. Access to the apartment level terrace is through sliding glass doors.
The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob and grill, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as all of the necessary tableware, cutlery, glasses and utensils. There’s also an adjacent utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size double bed, plenty of storage and sliding door access to the terrace. There’s also a work space. The second bedroom also has a double bed whilst the third has two singles (although these can be pushed together and made as one if required). All bedrooms have black out shutters which is ideal if you’re sleeping a little late. There are two bathrooms. The master en-suite has a bath and shower whilst the second has a walk in shower. A supply of freshly laundered towels is provided.
The rental rates are from €360 to €850 per day. A minimum stay of one month applies.
To reserve your dates please message us using the form below. If available they will be reserved for 24 hours from confirmation of availability. This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
