The apartment is located in the hills in a quiet residential area just a 10 minute walk from Cala Vadella beach.
Enjoy the Mediterranean climate on the terraces, where you can sunbathe, enjoy outdoor meals, or simply relax and take it easy. The house has both an apartment level terrace and a private roof terrace. The roof space has outdoor dining for four as well as a barbecue. Both are perfect for watching the evening sunsets.
There are two bedrooms both with double beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of built-in wardrobe space. Freshly laundered bed linen is provided.
The fully fitted kitchen has all that you might need including an oven, hob and coffee machine. All tableware and cutlery is provided.
The apartment has one bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle. A selection of freshly laundered towels is provided.
You can swim in or sunbathe by the communal pool which is illuminated at night.

All rates are per month and a minimum stay of one month applies.
To reserve your dates please message us using the form below. If available they will be reserved for 24 hours from confirmation of availability. This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
