Ushuaia loft penthouse
This fabulous one bedroom studio loft apartment can sleep up to four people. It’s in Playa d’en Bossa next to the Ushuaia hotel and beach bar. Beings directly on the beach it has fantastic sea views, including that of the nearby island of Formantera. The terrace has dining for four as well as a sun blind which is perfect for shade on the hotter days. It also has festoon lamps to light the terrace at night. An internal staircase takes you to a roof space with 360 degree views that is ideal for all day sunbathing.
The lounge area has a comfortable day bed with scatter cushions, which also serves as an extra bed if required. There’s also a a Samsung TV with Netflix and high quality WiFi. The bedroom has twin beds with a foam topper. The twins can be split if required. It also has plenty of storage. The open plan kitchen area is fully fitted with an oven, hob and grill as well as a fridge freezer and washing machine. There’s also a microwave, kettle, tableware and cutlery.
The rental rates are from €50 to €185 per day. A minimum stay of one month applies.
To reserve your dates please message us using the form below. If available they will be reserved for 24 hours from confirmation of availability. This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
