Es Pouet Penthouse is a three bedroom, five bathroom apartment set in an exclusive gated community with 24 hour concierge. The upper roof space has is its own infinity swimming pool as well as sun-loungers, a dining area and comfortable sofa style seating with Taldo sun cover. The views from the upper level are fantastic, particularly the sunset behind the hills and the Dalt Vila in Ibiza town. It is accessed by a spiral staircase from the apartment terrace below.
The second terrace is at the apartment level and is accessed through sliding glass doors from the open plan lounge and kitchen. It has dining for eight people, comfortable sofas and views across Talamanca Bay and to the nearby island of Formentera. The spacious lounge has a comfortable seating area with a ‘La Maison d’Elephant’ sofa that seats 10 and a large HD Smart TV that is WiFi connected and has Netflix and Apple TV. The apartment has a strong fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection which is perfect for working from home.
There are three en-suite bedrooms, all with toilet and shower. The master bedroom has additional wardrobe space and TV. There’s an optional fourth single ‘drop down’ bed in the utility area. This means seven can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment.
As well as the three en-suite bathrooms and the one in the utility room there’s a fifth guest bathroom in the entrance hallway. The apartment has an integral air-conditioning and heating system making it comfortable in all seasons.
The open plan kitchen area is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and oyster blender. There are also plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, salad bowls, bread baskets etc. A glass screen can be pulled across to separate the lounge area from the kitchen area if required.
The utility space has a drop down bed which means it can be converted to a fourth bedroom if required. This means that the apartment can sleep from 6 to 7 people.
The apartment is ideally located being just short walk to the beach in Talamanca and from there Marina Botafoch and Ibiza town.
The rental rates are from €200 to €970 per day. A minimum stay of one month applies.
To reserve your dates please message us using the form below. If available they will be reserved for 24 hours from confirmation of availability. This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
