Ibiza Luxury Botafoch
This stylish two bedroom apartment is in the Ibiza Nueva complex in Marina Botafoch near to Ibiza town. It’s ideally placed for all the shops, bars and restaurants of the marina as well as being just a very short walk to the beach at Talamanca Bay. Ibiza town itself is also a walkable distance.
The apartment has a large terrace with outdoor dining for 4 and comfortable seating. This is accessed directly through sliding glass doors from the lounge area.
In the large lounge there’s some fabulous art and a large comfy sofa. There’s also a HD smart TV with Netflix. The lounge is open plan with a dining table that seats six. From the lounge there’s direct access to the kitchen area.
The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, plenty of storage and sliding door access to the terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together and made up as one if required. Both the master en-suite and the second bathroom have ‘walk in’ showers.
There’s a fully fitted kitchen which includes an oven with hob and extractor, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It has plenty of the necessary tableware, cutlery, glasses and utensils.
The rental rates are from €170 to €350 per day. A minimum stay of one month applies.

This should allow you time to make the deposit payment. We require a 50% deposit with the balance payable at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Water and Wi-Fi are free but there is a charge for electricity. The apartment has a meter so this is amount is calculated at check out.
A security deposit is payable either prior to or at check in. Deposit payment is by bank transfer. Card payment by Stripe is possible but there is a 3% surcharge. The balance is either bank transfer or cash on arrival. All arrival details will be issued with your booking confirmation.
